The view is really good, all the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy, but the towels are black, moldy and torn, for me this is a small thing but for the Queen level it seems it needs an upgrade to be more classy. Food, tends to be less delicious, for example: sausages, there are chicken ones, the effect is pale & wrinkled, even though the beef is cut into 3 but it still looks chubby. Food is according to taste, the variety can be added and reduce the light bites. The toilet at the swimming pool, wow this is the worst, the toilet is clogged and there is no water, the shower is broken. Needs high maintenance. With this condition, would you come back again? From me, yes, hopefully there is progress.

Initially I got a room in the new building because the water flow was very small, my family and I moved to a room near the beach with an additional fee of 200 thousand, but for the cleanliness of the hotel room, especially the bathroom, such as the rusty soap rack, the corners of the room were still dusty, and toiletries were lacking (shower soap, toothpaste & toothbrush). My stay at the Queen of the South Resort was quite enjoyable. The staff was friendly and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. However, the access road to the resort needs more attention.
