I enjoyed my stay at Anugrah Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The location is close to souvenir shops and culinary spots. The breakfast was quite varied, but the taste could be improved.

Overall is perfect, the staff is so friendly and nice, the room big and clean, facilities also nice. However the wifi is not stable, it often disconnects and needs to connect it again(maybe only in my room). The staff called IT team, but couldn’t solve the problem, then the staff offered to move the room. I appreciated with the action. The variety of the breakfast needs to put more.

The quality of food should be more varied

They asked guests to choose between 3 breakfast sessions due to the limited capacity of their restaurant seats. Very limited. And then me and my family could not get our breakfast just because the guests from the previous sessions (#1 and #2) hadn't left their seats, still enjoying their breakfast. And I was getting session #3. Needed to catch a train , and eventually i had my breakfast at their Praline cafe as my additional expense. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone tbh.

The place is comfortable, strategic, close to the city center, all the staff are friendly, the only downside is the food is that there is not enough variety for the main course, maybe because it is a weekday, but the facilities and the rest are good.

sorry, friendly service, good food, but I chose a cheap room, given downstairs, neat, small, clean, but the water drain is clogged 107. The safe is broken 107. The hot water is only in the morning, it's not hot during the day, it's not hot at night, the water is cold after swimming, why is that? Why did you choose a cheap room, so the water is not hot? Sorry, Sukabumi is cold, but the hot water is still hot. But thank you, the food is delicious.

Everything was great, except for the breakfast, which was... well, awful. I suggest taking a short walk in the morning. There are lots of good places to eat nearby.

The hotel is easy to find, the staff are friendly, but unfortunately the bathroom smells like a septic tank, so it's not very comfortable.

My reservation was for two adults, one child, and an extra bed for one adult. The room I booked allowed for an extra bed upon arrival. However, due to an issue, I couldn't make it, so Anugrah Hotel responded by not providing the extra bed I had originally requested. Thank you.
