I got room 113. Because I was bringing kids, the pool was one of the reasons I chose to stay here. However, I found out upon check-in that not all rooms have pool access. 😩 The furniture looked like it needed updating, which was understandable. Towels weren't available because the laundry was still being processed. They promised delivery at 5:00 PM, but they had to be called twice before they were delivered, which was understandable, especially since it was high season. But what was really annoying was: The bathroom door wouldn't close from the outside. 😞 The drain was clogged, and when there was a puddle in the bathroom, it seemed like the sewage from the drain was backed up into the bathroom area because of insects like worms. 😭 Lots of mosquitoes and ants (luckily I was prepared with mosquito repellent spray) 😩

I stayed for one night in a Premier Room at The Patra Anyer, and overall, the experience was fairly impressive. The room was cozy and offered a beautiful ocean-facing view. The beach was easily accessible, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Surprisingly, although Premier Rooms were said to not include access to the playground and swimming pool, we were actually allowed to use both facilities definitely a plus point. That said, there were a few areas that need improvement. The terrace floor outside the room felt sticky and greasy, which made it uncomfortable to walk on. The shower in the bathroom was leaking and made a constant noise, which was quite disturbing, especially at night. Also, even though we were given a Wi-Fi password, the connection was not working at all during our stay. Breakfast was decent but lacked variety. Despite these issues, it’s still a good choice for a short beach escape, especially for the relaxing view and direct beach access.

Room V03. Spacious, clean room, smart TV, cold AC, hot & cold water works well, well-maintained children's playground, swimming pool is cleaned every morning, there are towels for swimming, friendly and polite staff

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable, the beach is okay, the staff is friendly, the downside is that the restaurant is not well maintained, the food is quite good, although you have to add 75k/child.

Although it has improved a bit with the new building of The Villas, unfortunately Patra still has many shortcomings. What I really regret is the breakfast service is so slow! Waiting for almost 1 hour just to wait for breakfast to be cooked. It's terrible. And it's just a la carte. If possible, breakfast is ready according to the number of rooms checked in. So we don't have to wait long just for breakfast. But it's okay to spend time in Anyer staying here once in a while.

staff was great don't reccomend the premiere room tho. the beach is not as clean as the deluxe beach. the room was old and there wasn't any WiFi. it was dirty too, overall pretty great but I wish they added WiFi on the room because premiere is more expensive then deluxe.

Overall all ok. easy access. room ok. view ok. can get a gentle beach for almost all rooms. only one thing is lacking, as long and wide as Patra is, it's a shame there's no swimming pool. even though in the sunset theater near the reception there's enough space to make a swimming pool. actually there's a swimming pool but it's only for executive guests, non-executives who go there are prohibited, hahaha they should have put up a pamphlet saying "non-executives are prohibited !!".... how's that?... it's just a shame. another shame, the beach for rooms 101 - 118 is a bit unclean, lots of sand. but the grass field is really good. rooms 120 to executives have a clean beach, the sand is okay but there's no grass field.

Good for staying away from the noise.

1. When we first arrived, the staff was not on standby, but it was okay as soon as we got out of the vehicle they were there/out of the room. The service was also quite friendly and fast. 2. The room atmosphere was quite good, quite clean even though some of the equipment was outdated and old, the door could not be closed but had to be locked, as well as the KM door and the back door leading to the beach. 3. The AC was quite cold, the refrigerator was also quite cold. It worked well. 4. The bathroom was clean, but unfortunately the flush toilet was very hard. So it was difficult to clean when defecating/urinating, it took extra effort to flush with a bidet. And there was no hot water. 5. There were not many choices of food, maybe because there were few people staying. So we were told to choose between Chicken Porridge, Fried Rice, Fried Noodles/Fried Vermicelli. So it was only made after we chose, the order came quite quickly even though it was made impromptu. I chose Fried Rice and Fried Vermicelli, it tasted quite good even though it was quite salty so I'm sorry I didn't finish it. 6. There were many choices of TV channels, and the picture results were clear. Not like other hotels which sometimes have blurry quality. 7. There are still many renovation processes in several other rooms. 8. The condition of the restaurant building also looks like an old building that is not well maintained, even though the view is good, facing the sea. 9. Not many people play around the beach, maybe only for guests who are staying there can play there. There are some sellers who offer their wares but thankfully they are not pushy. Overall the service is good, hopefully the condition of the hotel and rooms can be rejuvenated, and regular maintenance. So that guests are more comfortable staying here. Hopefully there will be more guests who stay and it will be even more crowded. Still curious about the food in the restaurant if there is a buffet system. Thanks Patra ✨

Perfect for bringing kids to play on the beach, leaving the room is directly to the beach area. The beach is clean, private because only hotel guests. There are some street vendors selling souvenirs but not too many. The premier room block is very quiet, the beach sand is white, but not suitable for kids to play because the beach is not as sloping as the deluxe suite block. Hopefully the renovation will be completed soon so that the room units will be even better.

The view is very good, open the door directly to the beach, the garden and grass are well maintained, the beach is always cleaned, the service is friendly, only currently there are still many renovations, overall it's okay, I have been a regular at Patra since 2019, every time I go to Anyer I must always come here

The beach is really good. The old hotel would be better off being renovated to be more modern & needs a place to rinse off after playing on the beach. Food lacks variety. Overall, I really like it because the children enjoy playing on the beach.

Dirty Bathroom, Dirty Rooms, Old Furniture, Facility need Repair and upkeep. Very less staff. No Buffet Breakfast. Not recommendedfor Stay.

View facing the sea with an attractive rate, hopefully the room rate will remain stable so that more people will stop by here, input is to pay attention to the homestay facilities because they are quite old and need maintenance such as the outer ceiling and others, thank you.

The facilities and services are quite good, the downside of this type of room is that it is a bit far from the beach and there is no room to rinse off after playing on the beach.

Alhamdulillah, the view is really nice. Like a private beach, not too crowded. The breakfast is delicious and the view directly to the beach is amazing. Thank you Patra Anyer.

Kedua kalinya saya kesini, lebih baik lebih bersih, cuman makanan lebih bervariasi yang pertama saya singgah, masalah rasa okelah, pelayanan ramah baik walaupun rame sekali, perasaan dulu ada tempat bilas di luar hotel ya, tapi kemaren kran mati semua, tolong dong selanjutnya dikasih tempat bilas, jadi kemaren kita bingung bilasnya di depan kamar yang ada krannya di luar, mana gak ada selang buat bersihin pasir, minta diperbaiki tempat bilasnya, next mungkin akan menginap kesini lagi.😇🥰😁 terima kasih
