I booked a deluxe room, which in the photo had a sofa near the bed. The room looked spacious in the photo, but when I checked in, it was cramped and had no space. I don't know if I was given the wrong room. During breakfast, the staff were super rude to the local customers. Bringing kids there, even though we definitely know breakfast is for two, they were rude when they told us. Relax. There were no smiles at all, and when it was time for the foreigner to have breakfast, they were incredibly friendly. I'll never come back here again, thanks.

There were mice on the ceiling of the first room and they were on the bed, but we eventually moved to a new, larger, mouse-free room. Hopefully, the cleanliness will improve.

If the condition of the hotel is like the pictures…, this hotel is really great…. But it's a shame that many of the facilities are no longer there, such as the gym, restaurant, and bar.

Mesmerise view.No brainer of their service and front desk staff.Enny & Ayu did great job.Able to encounter any inquiries calmly. Friendly and warm welcoming where they never missed to smile. Just breakfast could be more variety. Overall, i will surely comeback here.

Hotelnya nyaman, bersih, pemandangan juga bagus. Kamarnya rapi terutama kamar mandinya cantik. Tamannya juga disusun rapi jadi keliatan cantik. Staff ramah & membantu. Untuk sarapannya walaupun sederhana tapi lumayan enak, kalau ke Ubud pasti akan menginap lagi.
