It was pitch black when we got there, there were no security guards/receptionists, this wasn't a hotel. The room was dim, the sheets were wrinkled and disheveled.

Actually the location is good and the room is comfortable, but unfortunately there are no hot water facilities, maybe this can be input so that there are improvements, thanks

My wife and I planned to stay at this hotel because it was close to the event location the next day. Some oddities: 1. Arriving at the hotel, we had to look for a hotel employee, after being called repeatedly, the employee finally met us. After registering, we were finally taken to the room we had booked. 2. When I was going to lock the room, it turned out that the room did not have a key (key) and again I had to look for the hotel staff and ask where the key was and was told that the room did not have a key (because it was a standard room). Then I complained how could I sleep if the room was not locked. The staff casually answered that it was safe. I still refused. 3. We were moved to another room which they said was upgraded at the very back, the place was dark, there were many old things on the terrace and there were no lights on the terrace. The room was clean. I asked again if there were any security guards on guard? The staff said no but it was safe, they would lock the gate later. I was curious and I asked, oh, Miss lives here and it was very surprising that Miss said that they would go home at 10 pm and the gate would be locked from the outside. Then I asked what if something happened? The lady said just call and they will come there? My wife asked standby 24 hours? It depends if they wake up ma'am. Not to mention the air conditioner that had just been on for 5 minutes turned off and then turned on. Very disappointed, we repacked our things and immediately left the Sewu Padi Hotel and looked for another hotel for security reasons.

Confused about where to find the lobby, there are no directions for parking, the environment is dirty and not maintained.

Sangat mengecewakan, lingkungan seperti tak terawat, kolam ikan depan kamar berwarna hijau butek. Baru buka pintu kamar di lantai kamar ada kotoran tikus. Seketika langsung memutuskan pembatalan walaupun sudah bayar biaya inap sebelumnya. Di WA oleh resepsionis minta nomor rekening katanya mau dikembalikan uangnya, namun sampun sekarang juga belum ada tindak lanjut.

It's very disappointing, the room smells, is dirty and scary, we and our family can't stay at this hotel, please pay attention from online agents so that hotels 2 like this don't enter the application list, so there won't be other victims

Location far from noise.

If you are looking for a place to stay with your family, choose another place. The building is poorly maintained, the access road to the rooms is not maintained even when it is muddy and pools when it rains, the spacious room is unfortunately not clean and has a lot of sand and stickiness, the bathroom concept is good but not clean, the shower leaks, warm water is inadequate, the breakfast is poor. Heavy rain turned off the lights for about 3 hours without a generator or additional lighting, only the lobby was on and even then it made dangdut. Not to mention the very poor wifi coverage. Suggestions for the manager, it is better to return it to the best condition first because in terms of the concept it is already good, it's just not being cared for properly and very disappointing to the customer.

Maaf saya bukan ingin menjatuhkan udah bisnis Sewu Padi Hotel. Untuk pelayanan saya masih terima ramah dan santun tapi untuk kualitas harga dengan kamar saya kecewa. Kebersihan tidak ada sama sekali. Harapan tolong diperbaiki kebersihannya. Kotoran cicak, gorden berjamur, selimut gatal, lantai kotor tolong di perhatikan ya 🙏🏻.

Too old resort. And only one staff to service all the hotel, and when I stay I'm the only one guest that night.

Creepy atmosphere, not according to expectations. Dirty moldy room like not cleaned.

When it rains, the water in the front porch of the room pools, the bathroom doesn't have soap & shampoo and other equipment. The food order has been 2 hours and it doesn't come for no reason.

Horror atmosphere, really dirty room like it's never been cleaned. There are dead lizards that are not removed, they are asked to clean the room, they are not cleaned either. The refrigerator has leftover food from the previous guest which was not thrown away until it finally rots. It's better to just find another place, or if you have to stay in the car at the gas station parking lot. I swear it's so bad. Hot water also can't. Free breakfast but breakfast is also perfunctory. It's still better to buy at a roadside stall. Really bad service!
