It's comfortable, but because it's an old hotel, the building isn't well-maintained. One of the bedside lamps didn't work, but it was worth it.

The hotel staff was very friendly, kind, and responsive. I was initially given room 404 on the 4th floor, but I'm sorry I didn't like it. I was able to move the next day, and I was very happy. Although the building is old, it's clean, with a spacious bedroom and bathroom, and it's centrally located, close to everything. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

January 10-11, 2026. My third staycation. Still choosing Hotel Intan because of its swimming pool. This time, I stayed in a room on the 4th floor. The room was spacious, nice, and had a sofa. My kids loved it, because it was different from the same room on the 1st and 2nd staycations on the 1st floor. Unfortunately, the AC in the 4th floor room was dripping, and chunks of ice fell out. I fell, as I didn't realize the floor was wet from the drippings.

The staff are friendly and the hotel environment is comfortable and not noisy.

Cheap and comfortable and in the city center

The staff is very friendly. But the bathroom faucet is leaking. The AC is cold. The WiFi is a bit slow. The room is quite clean and you get a spacious room for the standard price. If you go to Cirebon again, you will stay at the Intan Hotel. It is close to the city center and the market. Always be successful, Intan Hotel.

The hotel itself was very comfortable, but perhaps the room I stayed in wasn't used often, so there were still cobwebs in the bathroom and it smelled a bit musty. At night, the room was a bit creepy, and when I was about to go to sleep, I heard a knocking sound from upstairs, so I didn't get to sleep until dawn.

It could be a great choice for staying in Cirebon city.
