The best experience when I arrived at the hotel was greeted by the security guard and when I went home the car had been washed, everything was good except the bathroom was rusty and the water smelled a little when I first used it. Other than that everything was good and the bed was very spacious for 4 people Thank you very much~

Friendly service from the security guard to all the staff. A, stayed for 2 days, the room was cleaned and we got more amenities, we got a buffet breakfast with lots of variations and the taste was delicious, but there was a problem with the elevator which sometimes got stuck and on the 4th floor, room 410, there was a small cockroach. Hopefully the cleanliness will be improved in the future.

This is my first time here in Bandung. The location is strategic. However, the building is old and the bathroom is dirty. The water that comes out is cloudy. However, the food has a lot of variety. It's a buffet style. Please improve the cleanliness of the bathroom.

The AC isn't cold, they say it's like that when it's hot, even though if it's an AC room it should be cold, even though it's a superior room.

It's comfortable, the amenities are complete, but the water heater didn't work at all from check-in to checkout.

The hotel staff is friendly, the access is good, the food around the hotel is also plentiful and delicious... plus the main thing is the breakfast is great, like eating as much as you can, plus one more thing, the cars in the parking area are definitely clean immediately if we want to go somewhere in the morning... definitely recommend

All the staff were incredibly helpful. From the moment you arrive, always greeted at the lobby door, to getting out of the car and having the door opened... It's the little things that make guests feel at home.

A bit annoying. - Requested a non-smoking room, but there was an ashtray in the room. - The room doesn't smell bad, but it doesn't smell good either. - The TV needs to be replaced. - The old AC is about to be retired. It's not very effective. - The free breakfast is incomplete. No pastries or desserts. The food is quite good. Overall 7.8, considering this is a basic room at an affordable price. Very cheap, the hotel price is around 250 and includes breakfast even though the menu choices are not many, but 250 includes breakfast for 2 pax, it's really great (white rice, fried rice, vegetables, chicken, toast, sticky rice porridge, crackers, pudding, drinking water). The hotel's location is strategic, easy to find, close to the city center, the hotel atmosphere is old-style, lots of old things too, but very clean and tidy. Complete hotel facilities, towels, amenities, bottled drinking water. The room and bathroom are clean and fragrant, the AC is cold. The staff and security guards are all friendly and helpful, even our car was washed, wow... when we left the hotel, the car was all shiny. Worth a try guys, don't hesitate! Very family friendly.
