Friendly staff, clean hotel. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't cold enough, and the Wi-Fi was constantly cutting out. And what was even more special was the morning we were surprised to see our car being washed by the hotel security guard. Absolutely the best 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I'm from Sumatra and had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this Gothic Hotel. These reasons are: 1. Clean room 2. Bathroom amenities (towels, soap, and toothbrush) 3. Water flow was smooth and hot water worked properly 4. Soft mattress 5. TV was working, with plenty of channels 6. Wi-Fi was available 7. Delicious breakfast (rice porridge/white rice), bread, fruit, and drinks 8. Ample parking, and the hotel washed my car in the morning. 9. Friendly and responsive staff 10. There's an elevator, so getting to the second and third floors wasn't tiring. This hotel is well worth the price compared to other hotels. There are no downsides, and if there are, they wouldn't be significant.
