For our family... this was a wow experience... we happened to book the garden suite type... the room was really comfortable... the view from the room terrace was really cool... this could become a regular.

The receptionist and waitstaff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is indeed old, but perhaps the rooms and restaurant need renovation. The cleanliness of the rooms is lacking and the detail is minimal, as I found old food scraps in the drawers, and the room I stayed in also leaked when it rained.

Overall it's good, the trash can is provided with a bag so that those who throw it away won't be disgusted, the room is spacious with bringing 2 toddlers because it's a king size type, it's just that there are only 2 pillows I thought according to the photo there were 4 pillows hehe, the food when ordering and buying real taste is really delicious like a 4 star, the superior room is different when entering the hallway it's a bit creepy there are no lights but once you walk in it turns out the lights automatically turn on by themselves but we are alone in the superior room, it's a test of courage, only that the shower curtain can be replaced because it's moldy and ugly, maybe it can be replaced with a new one in the market place, many sell it for under 50k, it's better, it doesn't look elegant but it adds a plus point for those who stay, it's not disgusted to see it. Amenities are also top provided, only the TV is a bit difficult to turn on with the remote, it can be fixed again. The rest is good. Next, for those who bring toddlers, often supervise them if you stay in the superior type because they are afraid they will suddenly walk alone down the stairs leading to the swimming pool because it's slippery. I was hoping to stay at Pinus because I wanted to reminisce about 15 years ago when I was there for a bank gathering at my former office. But it's now eerily quiet, and I have to navigate a very tense hallway to get to my room... Breakfast at the rest stop is also a simple meal with no lights on, only natural light (the glass walls). Hopefully, Pinus can continue to survive and get even better.

The staff is friendly. The cafe staff are very informative and friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable.

When I booked through Traveloka, I had already noted that I requested a re-cleaning before checking in because I'm allergic to dust. But in reality, the dust was still everywhere. The pool facilities are good, but the hotel atmosphere is quiet, plus there is no AC, which makes it hot unless you want to open the balcony door all night, it can be quite cold.

My stay here was very pleasant and memorable. Everything was perfect, the hotel was flawless. The service, rooms, food, cleanliness were all excellent and comfortable.
