I was disappointed with the staff who escorted me to my room. When I put food and fruit in the refrigerator, the refrigerator was on and still had ice. But when we were about to check out the next afternoon, we found the refrigerator was off and the cable was unplugged/not plugged in, and as a result, my food, including fruit, went bad and wasted. Why didn't they inform us if the refrigerator was off or broken, or if the staff had unplugged it? Please, the staff shouldn't just want to save money, but the customers will be the ones who lose out, the food will all go bad.
