It would be better if a guest asks for an administrative signature such as an official letter, it could be considered to provide it because not all guests are on vacation, some are on work matters so it would be a shame if the hotel refused to sign documentation such as an official letter.

A great place to stay with your family. A spacious grassy field for playing, an outdoor playground, and a children's pool are all very satisfying. Great views, beautiful landscaping, and a genuinely helpful team. The main downside is that the rooms feel overdue for an update. The bathroom is quite dated, the AC was noisy and leaking during my stay, and the mattress felt old and very firm. The setting and service are excellent, but the rooms could use some love.
