The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Stayed in the upper corner room facing Mt Rinjani, huge space and comfy bed. Love the balcony area and view from the room. During sunrise, you get the sunlight straight into your room. Curtain was good enough to block out. It gets a little hot in the day but night was overall no issue. Just a little small part that the aircon area needs some touch up. Food was good, goreng pisang was very delicious. Overall really enjoy the place, the view definitely made my stay a very memorable one.

Really enjoyed staying here. The front of the room really has a sea view. If it's not raining and the weather is sunny, the view in the morning is really good 👍🏻 The downside is that sometimes the receptionist is slow to respond. And the room doesn't have a doormat. Because after coming from the beach, the sand is still stuck to it, so it's annoying to go to the room
