Everything is good, keep it clean, take care of the property, it would be a shame if it wasn't maintained, a regular hotel when you go to Bali, comfortable, not noisy, the hotel is not too big, you won't get tired when you go to the room, especially after a trip, the location is strategic and busy

Everything is ok. Only the parking is narrow and limited.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff are friendly.

The towels were dirty, covered in horrible stains. I've asked for them to be replaced twice, but they're still the same. It seems like that's the standard of towel cleanliness. The water heater wouldn't work, so I had to take a shower in the morning and it was freezing. The balcony table was also very dirty, as if it hadn't been wiped down by the previous guest who had smoked. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future.

Unfortunately there is no elevator and I got a room on the 3rd floor but the room was clean, fragrant and spacious... suitable for a family vacation... the staff was also friendly... thank you

I think I'll stay here again when I go to Bali.. highly recommended

Because the hotel is old, there are many outdated properties, but cleanliness is maintained and in terms of concept, it is very comfortable.

It was a really pleasant experience to be able to spend the night here,,,spacious room and good service,,,clean and fragrant room... Hopefully there will be another time to stay here

The room is big and smells good, but it's a shame you can't add an extra bed, even though it would be nicer if you could sleep together.

Location is good if your need is in Denpasar. Room is spacious. Staff are friendly. Cutlery, hot kettle, 2 600ml mineral water are provided. The downside is the sheet. Since it is white, stained easily, and look worn. Everything else is good.

Very friendly and responsive, hotel area, pool, room, toilet are clean. Have stayed at this hotel several times always ok in any case. Location is good everywhere close.

Everything was great, but I realised some of the room service for cleaning was using the same mop for the bathroom and room, which makes it sticky and definitely not clean. The bathroom needs occasional deep cleaning, too.

Very disappointing, there is no lift, choose a suite room but get a family suite/two bedroom if it is full then don't offer it and it is located on the 3rd floor, it's fun to go up and down the stairs, not to mention the bathroom is flooded, the color of the towels, sheets and pillow cases are not white, not to mention there are stains...sleeping and bathing are uncomfortable

The floor of the room was dirty, the soles of the feet were brown. The linen for the bed was worn out, there were stains.

first stay here during New Year's. and just now stayed here for 3 days. reason to stay here. spacious room there is a refrigerator, cold AC and balcony wide queen bed in the room there is like a mini kitchen without a stove, there is only an area for washing dishes. there is a long sofa facing the glass door of the balcony and on the balcony there are 2 chairs and 1 table for relaxing complete facilities there is a swimming pool that is enough to relax and play, not too deep but for children still need supervision. close to everywhere because the position of this hotel is in Denpasar there are many minimarkets, don't worry if you want to buy necessities. because the position is in Denpasar. so if you go to Seminyak, Sunset Road, Kuta, Jimbaran, even to Ubud, it's easy to just choose which one is closest later.
