Top-notch room. Good AC. Strategic location close to the city center. The hotel's facilities are good. There's an elevator too. The room was clean, with good internet, soap, and towels. The TV is a nice Samsung.
Just a few highlights:
1. At night, the sound of vehicles coming in front of the hotel was noticeable. So those who needed to rest couldn't make noise. I guess the hotel isn't a good fit.
2. The shower was strong, but the hot water was only warm, not very hot.
3. Wi-Fi. You could still watch YouTube on the room TV, but if you connected to Wi-Fi via a local device, it said: "connected without internet." Then that night, when your phone connected to the hotel Wi-Fi in your room, YouTube buffered, so you didn't use Wi-Fi on your phone.
4. Breakfast. We were staying during Ramadan, with a family group of 13 in one room. Honestly, it was minimalist, the plates were small, and the contents seemed to be designed to be a bit more elaborate. The waitress seemed to be bringing out the dishes bit by bit, just like at a wedding reception. My suggestion to the hotel management is to use stainless steel containers for real weddings, ones that open and close like in most hotels, and just put the side dishes in large quantities. It's quite unique. The ladies are walking around, wow! Another suggestion: maybe for drinking water, like infused water, don't use glass pitchers. Provide those that you just pour into a container so you have plenty (just use the juice dispenser from Tower Catering). If you have a pitcher with a lot of people, it'll run out quickly.
That's it. Overall, 5 stars, but those are some of my recommendations for the hotel to make it even better in the future.
