The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, there were only a few points that needed to be highlighted, such as the parking area if you bring a motorbike outside the hotel area and the handlebars were not locked, which caused concerns. The breakfast was more or less standard.

The bathtub was incredibly dirty. The sheets were stained, too. The sink was clogged. I wasn't satisfied.

Location was awesome, being situated at the heart of Senopati, this place is located in the housing area while everything else is within walking distance. The place was squeaky clean, smells very calming, and we felt amazing just walking inside. Breakfast was great -- we chose the omelette and were surprisingly satisfied. Would definitely come again.

Stayed in room type 3, the room was really big (in my opinion because I was alone) the bathroom was transparent 😘, it had a smart TV and I used an account from W Home. So far all good, the staff was helpful

The staff is friendly, but the water in the shower is very small and the wifi for connecting to the TV often goes out.

Overall it's good, but for those looking for peace and quiet, it's not suitable here, maybe because there's a club in the same building, so it's really noisy, especially until 5 am before it stops, after the party there are lots of noisy people pacing back and forth in the corridors, sometimes there are also fights.

I've been here twice. The first time was almost the beginning of last year. Still, the hot water was problematic so I had to take a cold shower. Again, I can't take a shower here. Please fix it.
