Every time I visit my children in Bandung, I always stay at this hotel. What's most impressive are the spacious rooms, delicious, and affordable food. Plus, the car is always washed. Check-in and check-out are fast. The price is incredibly affordable. It's absolutely worth it.

The service is good. Strategically located near the city. However, if there's an event on the 7th floor, it's so loud that the windows in the room vibrate. I went to the hotel intending to rest, but instead, this happened. I apologize, there should be some tolerance during the call to prayer, and the volume should be lowered.

It was actually quite comfortable, not that scary. However, there were a few issues while staying there. The AC wasn't cold, the sink was a bit clogged, and the sofa was quite dusty. So, if possible, bring some spray for those with sensitive skin. Luckily, the staff was communicative. The price was reasonable, the room was spacious, perfect for bringing the family. The food was decent, just lacking fruit.

Clean hotel and close to cheap food.

The hotel is okay so far, strategically located and most importantly, right next to Alfamart, making it truly heaven on earth. Breakfast is mediocre, but the important thing is that my son ate heartily. Perhaps the elevator doors and elevator floors need to be fixed, and the parking lot should also be renovated so it doesn't look gloomy. The shower's water is a bit weak, and the TV's image is a bit error-prone with streaks. But overall, it's okay, thank you Hotel Benua.

The room was quite large. However, the bathroom was a bit dirty and smelled unpleasant, with murky, smelly water.

In my opinion, Hotel Benua is the most ideal accommodation, even though the building looks old, it's worth it for the 300-something rupiah you get for a room that sleeps three. The room is quite clean and comfortable, comes with toiletries, mineral water, and a fairly extensive and delicious breakfast. The service, including the friendly security, is excellent. The location is strategic, easy access to culinary spots, the town square, and the Grand Mosque. I don't regret staying here; this is my second stay at Hotel Benua.

Close to the city center, next to the hotel there is an Alfamart.

The hotel staff was friendly, the price was affordable, under Rp 300,000, and we got a deluxe room with breakfast and a wide variety of options. The room was as pictured in the app, with the AC working well, the bathroom was clean, and the water heater was working. As a suggestion, please add a water heater in the room for tea and coffee.

The price is okay, and breakfast is included. However, amenities like soap, shampoo, etc. aren't provided in the room; you have to ask for them.

Please improve the bathroom facilities: the sink drain is not flowing properly, the shower water is not flowing properly. Thanks.
