The hotel staff is very friendly, check in is easy, the hotel food is quite delicious, the area around the hotel also has many interesting culinary delights. Surprise, surprise when checking out, surprised that the car that was quite dirty became quite clean, maybe washed by the hotel while we were resting, thank you very much Hotel Semeru for the best service.. Once or twice a month we definitely have to go to Bogor, because my child is studying at Univ IPB, hopefully Hotel Semeru will be the best choice every time we go to Bogor and have to stay.

The second time, the hotel staff was friendly, and the hotel is close to all food and transportation options, including the train station. It's very strategically located. The rooms are beautiful, smelling good, have standard lighting, and have comfortable beds. The bathrooms are clean and tidy. Both the superior and standard rooms are very comfortable for quality time with loved ones. Definitely worth a staycation.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, but this is the first time I've been disappointed. The room is really hot and the AC isn't cold.

The hot water in the bathroom wasn't warm enough. It was dirty, and there was a lot of standing water after showering, which seemed clogged and lacked maintenance. The interior was gloomy, dominated by red and green. Breakfast was mediocre, not particularly tasty.
