The room is spacious, clean, nice, the place is quiet, the swimming pool is clean and nice, the place is aesthetic, it's a shame I didn't have time to take photos around because I was enjoying the facilities so much💯

The staff are friendly, the friendliest is the security guard. The receptionist used to be a bit grumpy, but the current one is pretty and friendly. I go back and forth because the room is really comfortable and clean, plus I miss chatting and smoking with the security guard.

Last night's staycation in Cilandak was really nice. The area was cool and quiet even though it's in the middle of the city. The water heater, however, didn't last long.

The location is close to the Cipete Tuku Raya MRT station, just a short walk away. Close to Indomaret and a 24-hour coffee shop. The rooms are spacious and clean. 24-hour security. There is a swimming pool, and there are several places to eat around the hotel, so if you're hungry, you don't have to go far. Close to Lotte Mart Fatmawati, just a short walk away.

I swear if they made some small changes to these, it would have been a much better place as other competitor are doing it way better: 1) WIFI! WIFI! WIFI! - It does seem like the ISP technician are well aware of how to set it up properly and many Indonesians rely on them. You need to hire a proper IT guy and get the Wi-Fi done properly, user same SSID, better experience for guests - most of the time we don't know which WiFi is working, 80% of the time bad experience. If you ware planning to stay here with business meeting, avoid at all cost. 2) Laundry Machine - Can you have washing machine where we guests who are on long holiday >1 week, can wash our laundries in the hotel? Its very inconvenient to find it outside. 3) Other than that, nothing much except that broken faucets for shower - which we didnt bother complaining, clogged drain. 4) Overall I liked the place, housekeeping guys were good.

The place is clean, it's cool without AC, especially with AC, and the staff are all friendly, from the security guards, cleaning staff, and receptionists. I'll be back if I'm in Jakarta again.

I dont like the fact that the owner dont want to invest in a proper wifi. The speed is lacking. There are deadspot. The SSID naming convention is out and you don't know which one is for the hotel etc. Please help to fix this. There is no laundry you can do at the hotel as well, please help to at least fix a laundry machine for us to wash our clothes etc. Otherwise, everything else is perfect. The guards were attentive to open the gate even for late nights and helped to park the cars.

It's totally worth it for the price and the strategic location. But the Wi-Fi isn't great, maybe because we got a room at the back? Since we're working from home, Wi-Fi is important. Overall, it's okay 👍

I booked an executive room with a balcony but got a smaller room without a balcony even though I was staying for 4 nights. The room was dark and next to the parking area so people were always passing and using the area for cooking outside. Only one towel per person was provided. The bathmat wasn't replaced during cleaning. The air con was old and didn't work very well. But the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly, especially the security guys. It was in a quiet area.

Very comfortable, very complete facilities, very clean, to the corners of the bathroom. The facilities in the room feel like they cost around 600 thousand. With a price of around 300 thousand like this, I'm very satisfied, very happy. Keep up the quality, W home. W home the real Homiieeee home. 😄😚🤩❣️

As the name suggests, it's homey. It's a quiet place to stay. The rooms are quite spacious. The security service for parking is very helpful, as the parking area is not very large. It's close to many restaurants within walking distance.

Good service and fast response of the check-in and check-out time

I didn't get to stay overnight because there was a demonstration yesterday and our event was postponed for a few hours so I didn't have time to reschedule it huhu, so sad 😭😭 I hope we can stay here on our next trip

The place is comfortable but it's a shame that there are rarely any passersby. But just a short walk away, there are already lots of snacks.

I like this Hotel, like homey and cozy, exactly romantic room. But it low of soundproof. Nice for stayvacation

I stayed here for 2 nights.. the hotel is comfortable, the price is pocket-friendly, the facilities are also complete, there is a swimming pool, so the kids are very happy, the room is clean, around the hotel complex so if you want to look for food it is quite far if you walk from the hotel, you have to order online, the hotel smells good.. it is worth staying here

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we had a late check-in, all good.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is very homey. It feels like a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. I'd love to come back again.
