The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with large windows. The beds were large and comfortable. The air conditioning was cool. The bathrooms were also quite spacious.

Whenever I'm on business in the Kelapa Gading area, I always choose to stay at Santika. I've stayed there many times, and the staff is always friendly, check-in is fast, and the rooms are comfortable.

The hotel's location and ambiance are quite good, but the breakfast menu is less varied than before. The buffet menu is limited to pastries, just a few slices of cake and bread, and fruit is already placed in a small bowl in a display case. This does not reflect the old Santika, which was famous for its varied and delicious breakfast menu. Perhaps I will skip this for the next time I stay in the Kelapa Gading area.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location was also convenient and easy to access. One area that could be improved is the food. While it was acceptable, more variety and better taste would make the breakfast experience much better. Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider coming back in the future.
