The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. I didn't expect a hotel tucked away in a secluded alley. But the hotel grounds are quite spacious. Although it looks like an old building, the maintenance is excellent, and it's incredibly clean. It's perfect for families, as there are rooms that can accommodate up to four people.

Entering the hotel lobby, you're greeted by smiling staff. There's ample parking. You enter your family room, which is very spacious and clean, with a table and chairs, a bathroom, and fresh towels. There's also a heater, coffee, tea, and wedang uwuh tea bags. Highly recommended for anyone planning a vacation in Yogyakarta...

My two-night stay at Paku Mas Hotel was truly memorable, feeling like home. If I ever go back to Yogyakarta for another vacation, I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is comfortable, with a spacious triple room overlooking the parking lot. It's clean. The breakfast selection isn't extensive but adequate. It's close to the mall and easy to find food. The staff are friendly. I brought my little one and they had a great time in the playground and swimming in the kiddie pool. It was a truly enjoyable stay.

The hotel staff are friendly and polite. The antique room furniture is suitable for people who like Javanese culture with Javanese carvings. Bottled tea and water in a water jug are provided, but the water tastes strange, like it's not mineral water. The mattress is very uncomfortable. It immediately sinks (sunk/ngendelong) when you sleep on it, causing neck and bone pain like a hotel mattress like this, to the point where I couldn't sleep all night. I could only sleep in the morning because I was tired and sleepy, only to fall asleep when the noise from outside was very busy eating at the breakfast restaurant. The room is not soundproof, the noise of cars coming and going could be heard from inside the room. At night, people drinking coffee at the restaurant were also noisy, laughing and chatting very loudly. Furthermore, when I took a shower in the middle of the water heater died. Hopefully the management can pay more attention to the condition of the mattress, especially.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms and grounds were very clean. The food was quite tasty and varied. It's a very kid-friendly hotel. The Wi-Fi connection, however, needs improvement; it's very difficult to access. It was difficult to connect, only getting 1 to 3 bars, and then quickly disconnecting.

The room and service are very good. The only minus is the variety of food. For breakfast, I had chicken porridge for 2 days, the broth was very salty.

The only downside is that you are not allowed to feed your child in the playground😭even though your child saw the playground first, after that he didn't want to go into the dining room, next time I hope I can also feed my child in the playground as long as it's on the edge of the seat, the room is very comfortable and the cleaning staff are quick to replace new towels and refill drinking water 🫰💕🥰 next time I can stay there again🙏😍

friendly and very helpful staff. clean and spacious room. although the AC is not cold enough but the atmosphere is cool. the swimming pool is also nice and clean. the fried rice at the hotel restaurant is quite delicious with big portions. lots of delicious food around the hotel. basically makes you feel at home.

Great hotel, close to Royal Ambarukmo just across the street... The hotel room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the AC is cold (this is the most important for me) hehe.., the food is amazingly delicious and doesn't cost much... Next time I want to go back, maybe stay 2-3 nights, yesterday we were there too short because we were only chasing the Jogmar event..
