The staff is friendly. The bedroom is clean and spacious, and most importantly, the toilet has all the necessary facilities. It's really cool.

The check-in and check-out process is fast, the location is quite strategic, there are many places to eat around the hotel, the AC is cold, the rooms and lobby are clean, and there is plenty of parking.

Food and service issues need to be improved... that's why it's not a buffet but delivered to the room... the staff are not friendly and smile

For a hotel of this class, the price is too expensive because the hotel looks like it's not well maintained. It's luxurious from the outside, but when you go inside, it looks like a haunted house. The rooms also look like they're not well maintained, the bathrooms too. It's a shame even though the hotel is luxurious.

Came over for Borobudur Marathon, need to deposit 100K otherwise left your ID for guarantee, which typical old hotel. The rooms use mechanic key to open the door but it has a keytag for electricity. The room is decent, cleanliness is so-so. Unluckily, our room only gets ONE stop contact. There is a kettle, but we can't use. Recommended only for one night stay, thats it.

The hotel staff was very helpful during the check-in process, it was pleasant.

The hotel is noisy and sounds echo when people are talking outside the room. I arrived past 2:00 PM and was given a room for 2:30 PM. Even though the rule says you can check in at 2:00 PM.

I like it and it's comfortable because the location is close to everywhere. The hotel facilities are so-so, according to the price and the condition of the old hotel that is poorly maintained. As for the service, perhaps the employees need to be reminded that they are in the service sector where attitude and gestures when dealing with/serving customers are important.

Very best, very friendly service, can order a jeep, in front of the mosque, and many stalls around.

It's a shame the hotel is poorly maintained and the room lights are too dim; even though the location is good.
