The location is great, it’s in the center of the city, the room is big but the tv is not functioning

Quite satisfied with the price paid. The location is very strategic, walking distance to everything, and the surrounding facilities are very complete.

Close to the train station, the antique teak wood furnishings create a room that feels unlike a modern hotel. The hot water is good, but the noisy bathroom exhaust fan needs to be replaced. The sink faucet is broken.

The service is good, the location is strategic from the city center, but maybe the condition of the room needs to be rejuvenated and better maintained, because at night in the room when we sleep it feels like there are animals (small mice), hopefully it can be improved in the future, thank you

The staff was very friendly... The car left the hotel clean as if someone had washed it even though it was really dirty before.

I ordered this for my grandmother, and thank God she liked it, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. The lobby is dirty and the room looks dusty. Hopefully, there will be improvements.

Strategic location close to Boncherry souvenir center only 1 km, can do morning exercise. Across the hotel there is nasi jamblang dul, next to the hotel there is also a bakery. Clean rooms, clean toilets although the model is old.

Strategic hotel, in the city center near Grage Mall, near Nasi Jamblang Mang Dul, Parking is enough for about 15 cars, for the room is spacious and clean, very OK for the price I got. However, it would be better if the position of the sitting toilet for my room was fixed so that it is not too close to the wall. Hot water is also available for the shower The service staff at check-in was less than smiling, but later I found out that it was not a special receptionist staff who had received my arrival. for breakfast it was quite good even though the variations were not too many, but the staff at the Restaurant were very friendly in welcoming guests who came. the next morning when I was about to leave I just found out that my car had been washed clean by the hotel staff, maybe in the future it would be better to ask first whether the car wanted to be washed or not.
