The sheets were not changed, only 3 pillows were given. Pillows, dirty sheets, stuffy hallway, stuffy room. The sheets were like rags, very dirty. The sheets asked to be changed because the cleaning service was not there. I swear I'm disappointed, don't stay here, it's very dirty

The room is big, nice. The service is great.

Stayed for 2 nights but on the 2nd day the room wasn't cleaned, so the toilet smelled because the water wasn't flowing.

Stayed for 3 days but only the second day was cleaned and even then if I didn't call to ask for it to be cleaned it wouldn't be cleaned it seems, where the toilet smelled because the water didn't flow when flushed and there were cockroaches too. Then on the third night the front room was full and the smell of cigarettes spread in the hallway until it entered the room. Basically, I was a bit disappointed because it was a bit uncomfortable for 3 days.

The room smells really bad. They said the water drain evaporates so I stayed 3 nights always smelling the smell of urine. Very disturbing.

Not recommended, dirty room, lots of trash scattered around, cat poop everywhere, loose mattress, minimal facilities, no soap, no towels, better to take out from this app, doesn't match the rating, photos don't match reality
