The hotel staff was very friendly. We stayed one night in an upstairs room.

The room was dirty, damp, smelled of dust, no hot water.

The conditions were different from what was advertised on the app. There was no menu, and you couldn't order in-house food. The locks were broken and the windows wouldn't lock. There was no soundproofing, so you could hear activities in the neighboring rooms. And most annoyingly, there were no trash cans in each room.

The receptionist can not understand the room booking from the app, he was confused. The room is dirty, some mice were found in the bathroom with a mouse hole in it. Not good for families. Usually bus drivers or travel drivers use this hotel, based on the story from the room neighbor. I ordered 2 nights, but I left after 1 night. Smoke was all around the area. Don't want to use this hotel again.
