Overall, I was very satisfied with the friendly staff, the comfortable location and area, and the good access to the location. However, the few times we've been to Safari Resort specifically for caravans, the check-in process has been quite slow because the caravans weren't ready yet. When we arrived, they had just been cleaned, and the floor was still wet. Perhaps this needs to be improved in the future. But other than that, our family was very satisfied. It was fun staying in a caravan... the kids were happy, right behind the caravan was the animal sanctuary 🤭 No need for the AC, it was perfectly cool. God willing, if I have the fortune, I'll come back again 😍

It's affordable and located within the Taman Safari area. For that price, it's well worth it.

The place is comfortable and very beautiful.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The deluxe room I booked was spacious, comfortable, and had a balcony overlooking the natural scenery. By the way, the deluxe room was supposed to have twin beds, but when I booked yesterday, I requested a large bed, and thankfully, upon arrival, my special request was fulfilled. I was so happy. However, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom, as there were splashes of urine around the toilet. This is probably because the toilet flush isn't efficient enough, requiring continuous pressure rather than a single press. Perhaps this could be addressed, especially in terms of bathroom cleanliness. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Safari Resort. Thank you.

Stayed here with my family and happened to get a room that was also conveniently located. The room was clean and the service was friendly. I'll definitely be back for another vacation.

It was crazy, it was my first time staying without air conditioning, but it was still super cool. An incredible experience.

We enjoyed so much, especially our kids. Glad that we booked the VIP buggy service whereby we can get to watch animals at a very near distance. We got discounted tickets also.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The only downside is that the hotel building doesn't have an elevator, so it's quite a challenge to bring suitcases or strollers. I think I'll try the caravan next time.
