Overall the best and only one minus, the room is a bit damp and the toilet gives off an unpleasant smell.

The staff were friendly, kind, and polite. I was just surprised that the room didn't have air conditioning or an elevator. It was a bit of a struggle climbing the stairs back and forth while carrying a toddler, hehe. Everything else was safe, so I recommend it.

It's very convenient, especially for those who want to get in and out of Taman Safari. So you have plenty of time. The staff is also friendly. The food in the restaurant is quite delicious. The swimming pool is also clean.

The caravan room is comfortable, but please expand the rooms. The view is very beautiful.

The floor was a bit dirty. The sofa was moldy. Breakfast was quite good. You can rent a basketball, but it's flat. It's better to bring your own since the court is free.

Overall, it's okay. It's important to improve staff service in implementing SOPs. Thank you.

The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant service was excellent. Don't worry, you can pay with debit card in your room; the staff brings an EDC machine.

It's quite a good experience for a new caravan experience, suitable for nature lovers. Introverts would be better off staying in caravans 23, 24, and 25. Hahaha. Unfortunately, the rear area of caravan 24 isn't very clean.
