The place is quite clean, with Qurans and prayer mats provided in the rooms. There's a children's play area, though there aren't many toys, hehe. When we arrived, I thought the staff were bringing my luggage, but it turned out the manager was the one who brought it, haha. It's nice and comfortable. The staff are all polite. The location is strategically located, easy to access, close to Surakarta's town square. And Klewer Market is also close. It's convenient if you're in town. Feedback: The children's playground should be well-designed, safe, comfortable, and fun, with a variety of toys, so those bringing small children won't get bored while at the hotel, and they can play with them.

Everything is quite good in my opinion, only the small size of the shower head needs to be followed up. It seems like this problem has been around for a long time because there have been many reviews about this matter.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. We stayed here for three days and the room was cleaned every morning. The staff are all friendly. They provide prayer mats and Qurans—it's the best.

The staff was very helpful during check-in, and we were given a delicious and refreshing lemon tea as a welcome drink. Parking was easy, and security helped us with our parking. The room was spacious and clean, with cool air conditioning. The towels were clean, the bathroom was clean, and we also received hotel slippers. Breakfast was varied and tasty. There's also a delicious goat satay stall in front of the hotel.

The staff are very friendly, from the beginning of check-in until breakfast, everyone is friendly and always greets you. The service is good. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Maybe the condition of the sheets that are already faded needs to be improved. There are not many breakfast choices, but the food tastes good. The location is very strategic, close to the town square and culinary places.
