Everything was neat and tidy, with friendly smiles, typical of Solo residents, who are always polite and courteous. Access to the city center is also quite close, and if you want to eat sate buntel, you can just walk in front of the hotel.

Prices double during Eid al-Fitr, but the staff is friendly and very Islamic. The food is standard hotel fare, befitting its star rating. I booked an executive room, but I just realized that the superior type only has 2 pillows, usually 4, and the room is not spacious, as it is not an executive room. I was about to complain and only realized when I opened the catalog.

The staff was very helpful during check-in, and we were given a delicious and refreshing lemon tea as a welcome drink. Parking was easy, and security helped us with our parking. The room was spacious and clean, with cool air conditioning. The towels were clean, the bathroom was clean, and we also received hotel slippers. Breakfast was varied and tasty.
