So far, I feel at home staying here.

Overall, it's okay. There are only a few things I need to improve: 1. When checking in, the front office (male) didn't provide enough information, such as which floor the bathroom is on, from what time until what time. 2. The toilet wasn't checked before being given to the customer because the seat was tilted, as if some of the bolts were loose, etc.

Great, fragrant, and enjoyable. But one thing's missing: There should be room directions. Finding the rooms is a bit tricky.

I ordered 3 rooms. and there was a request for a non-smoking room but one alley all smelled of cigarettes I got on the 7th floor. because the next room was smoking so the room smelled of cigarette smoke. . the bed also smelled of cigarettes, pillows too.. the food was okay and delicious. the people were friendly, and the downside was there was no swimming pool, no fitness center. and the provision of coffee and tea each only got 1 pack. 2 aqua. only 1 pair of sandals for each room even though the order was for two people/room. but you can ask CS though.. hopefully the hotel will be improved again. oh yes you can also go to the mall from the hotel. Thank you.

All the staff are very friendly, but my last experience was less than optimal service because the cleaning staff did not replenish my drinking water supply where I stayed for 2 days.

The hotel is quite okay, strategic and nice... The soundproofing is still a bit lacking, because the karaoke music can still be heard clearly, which sometimes makes it difficult for guests to sleep because of the noise.

The hotel is quite ok... The location is very strategic, safe and comfortable... It's easy to go anywhere... In short, it's really ok.

I asked for a non-smoking room, and I got one, but the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. I couldn't sleep because the karaoke music was blasting from outside.

I stayed on August 22, 2025, the service and room were without any obstacles or problems, the front desk was very helpful, but what I regret is why I was placed on the 6th floor, because it might be close to a karaoke and/or club so around 2 am the music was very disturbing until the morning so that it made my rest less than optimal, I should have booked a higher floor in the future
