Overall, it was okay, but when I wanted to take a shower at 2:00 a.m. WIB (Western Indonesian Time) on my way to Sunan Ibu, the water heater turned off. My advice is not to turn it off, as guests might check out early and want to shower before check-out.

There was no hot water and the sound of water dripping in the toilet.

The cleanliness is top notch, the rooms are clean, the hotel area is also clean.

The hotel is close to the city, the room is big, the room is clean and spacious, next time I go to Bandung I will stay here again.

Clean, worth the price, but the AC is not cold enough

The hotel is located in a residential area and quite far from the main road. It may be difficult if you want to go out on foot to find food or a convenience store. The staff are friendly and the check-in process was quick and smooth. I stayed in the Superior Balcony room with an affordable rate. The room is spacious and clean, the air conditioner works well, and there is a small balcony. In-room facilities include an electric kettle, bottled water, coffee, and tea. However, some basic room facilities need improvement. There is no trash bin in the room, only one in the bathroom. Toiletries provided are limited to bar soap, shampoo, shower cap, and towels. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer, or hotel slippers. The mirror is located inside the wardrobe, which is not very convenient for makeup. TV channels are limited and the picture quality is not very clear. Breakfast is delivered to the room instead of buffet. The food tastes good. I ordered fried rice and fried vermicelli, and it also came with an omelet and toast. Overall, the stay is comfortable, but the hotel could improve some basic room amenities.

The location is quite good, but when I arrived I didn't expect it to be comfortable for that price. The receptionist and security were friendly, but the AC in room 301 wasn't cold enough, please fix it. I will come back again.

I stayed for two nights and was upgraded to a room one level above. The staff was friendly, and it was close to the city center. For the price, this seems like the best option.

My husband and I have been regular customers at this hotel; we always choose this hotel every time we staycation. The rooms are clean, the AC, TV, and hot water are working well. However, the TV doesn't have any other channels, only a few. But for under 250 rupiah, it's worth it and fits the budget. The staff are also friendly, and I've requested a room. Keep it up, because I'm a regular customer.
