The hotel staff is friendly and kind, and the service is also the best. I forgot my belongings and they responded quickly and took action. I don't regret staying here. The price is cheap and the rooms are aesthetically pleasing, with a water dispenser and a refrigerator. It's simply the best!

The accommodation area is very quiet. only 3 families stayed at the weekend. The facilities are very minimal, only a swimming pool. The swimming pool is small, isn't it? the area has a lot of mosquitoes in the forest, there are really a lot of mosquitoes. The room / house is too dusty, it has never been vacuumed, there is a lot of fluff and dust. you have to focus on making a lot of people, if it's quiet it's really scary.

Check in is fast, the receptionist is friendly, you can have 2 options, whether you want a superior room near the pool and the restaurant but smaller or you want to be in talita 2 but the road is up 2 stairs, I choose talita 2 at Villa Mathari, there is a mountain view, a large room or a sofa living room can make a bed, dining table, fridge, dispenser, wooden accents, large bathroom, the road is a bit uphill, there is a helper to help me lift my pdhl until night. Car parking is a bit scary because of the ramp but safe. the villa leading to talita 2 is like a hilly hill. When I stayed on Saturday, there was music from the village near the hotel, which was quite noisy until it was over at 12 pm. Because the villa is upstairs, I got it upstairs, at 10 pm the people below are quite noisy when the guests arrive, but when I finish at 12 pm, it is also quite noisy because of the people downstairs. hot water, standard amenities, but still ok, comfortable, lots of trees, best view in the restaurant, the food is a choice of fried rice / fried noodles / kwetiaw, but the restaurant service is very ok, friendly, feel at home in the restaurant for a long time.

Recommended villa n resort, comfortable and warm to spend the weekend with family. Will come back here again.

Actually, this is a re-booking because the first hotel booking turned out to be unsuccessful to release for some reason. I was not careful, I should have checked all emails. I thought the voucher in the email was information about failed reservation. So when I arrived at the first hotel I was headed to, I was surprised when the reception said there was no booking yet. But when I called Traveloka, they were quick to respond and could handle it quickly, so I was asked to re-book for a new hotel which I finally chose in Thalita. This is my 3rd time here, but this time I took the one in Thalita 2 which is a one-bedroom villa type which turned out to be located above us and we had to go up a fairly steep incline for cars or walking 😅. We booked on the 3rd day of Eid holiday and it was open and closed so we arrived at the villa after Maghrib so the conditions were pitch black and it was perfect after the rain. After a fairly quick check-in process, we wanted to try going to the villa by car but when we met a mainstream incline, it turned out that our car couldn't go up the incline, bro 😂 even though the car was in very good condition. Finally, all the kids got out to help their dad reverse the car and turn it around. Even when we got down, our feet were very far from the asphalt. Luckily there was a U-turn, and the security guard also helped us to turn it around. It seems like only cars with a back pull can 😅 finally we used the stairs, and it was quite a climb up. But all the staff were very friendly, they helped us carry our stuff up to the villa. But when we arrived at the villa, all our struggles paid off. It turned out that the location of the villa had a very beautiful view. Especially in the morning 😍 the breakfast was also not a failure, all the dishes were delicious even though there weren't that many but they were quite varied. Next time I will definitely come back but I will definitely bring a rear-wheel drive car so I can go uphill 😅.

Resortnya sangat luas, staff sangat ramah dan membantu sekali, kamar bersih rapih dan wangi, menu sarapan dan cemilannya enak apalagi bandrek nya ☺️

Pertama kali menginap di sini bareng keluarga, seru dan menyenangkan biarpun bawa orang tua naik turun tapi enggak terlalu melelahkan karena pemandangan-nya yang indah, next mau balik lagi buat stay lebih lama.

Tempat oke, pemandangan bagus indah sekali di mata. Pelayanan roomboy-nya sigap cepat. Cuma kebersihan saja yang kurang diperhatikan. Tangga-tangga pada lumut kalau hujan agak licin. Untuk pengelola, tingkatkan kebersihan. Taman-taman penuh daun. Taman ditata agar lebih indah. Penerangan juga kurang. Mestinya pohon-pohon dikasih lampu agar kelihatan estetik.
