Doesn't match the photo. Smelly pillows, smelly bathroom, damp room.

The TV is broken, the AC isn't cold... Sleeping feels like being in a sauna.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in. The environment was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Overall, I felt at home. Highly recommended. 😍

The unit didn't look like the one in the photo. The room was dusty. The TV wouldn't turn on. There were no toiletries or towels. The shower didn't have hot water. The lights, furniture, and the room's ambiance were like it hadn't been occupied in a long time, a bit spooky. Too bad :(

The service is average for that price

The room is dirty, not like the photo, the pillows and sheets smell of sweat as if they haven't been changed, there is no TV, no refrigerator, the walls are damp like the room is not maintained, the car parking area is in a very basic condition.

We got it for 490,000 Rupiah, but the room amenities were poor and the furnishings were inadequate. The manual door handles were prone to breaking, the mattress and sofa were poorly maintained, moldy, and smelly, the air conditioning wasn't cold enough, and the room area wasn't clean.

Please note: Before checking in, the room facilities should have been checked. The TV was broken, the room was unclean, there were no blankets or towels, and no confirmation was given to the customer.

Booking on the app is fast, safe, and convenient. It's great.

Almost said to be good, the biggest minus is the placement of the AC, I thought there were 2 ACs in 2 bedrooms, but it turns out there was only 1 AC and it was also in the living room, it was a bit strange, so the bedroom didn't feel like it had AC, it was stuffy, hot, paid a lot but didn't feel like there was AC + there wasn't even WiFi, really strange lol

The staff were nice and friendly and helpful during our stay... only the AC was a bit noisy and the hot water kettle couldn't be used because it was broken.
