It's different from when I stayed at the Kaliban hotel some time ago... Please improve, I gave you a suite room... but it is equivalent to a standard room in another hotel... Sorry.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. The room was very clean, so when we arrived, it was already clean and tidy without us having to ask. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was very comfortable.

The staff was helpful and provided good service. The check-in process was straightforward, and certain room types received a snack box upon check-in. The hot water in the bathroom needs improvement; it sometimes worked hot and sometimes didn't, possibly due to a limitation. Before checking out, I received an SMS regarding the rental period. It stated that the electricity would be turned off 30 minutes before checkout time. This made it seem like I had to check out immediately, but in reality, the electricity remained on until the designated checkout time. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
