From 3 am to 5 am there was a sound of a chair next to the room, every few minutes the sound of the chair being dragged, I called the receptionist and they said there were also guests staying.

The staff was very friendly, the only downside was that the room wasn't very clean, there was still a lot of hair around the bed.

The wardrobe in the hotel room made a loud noise when opened, indicating poor maintenance. There was only one hotel towel, even though the room could accommodate two people. Likewise, there was only one bottle of mineral water in the room, even though the room could accommodate two people.

The location is strategic, but the soundproofing is lacking because until late at night you can still hear the music quite loudly (not peaceful), and the pillow is very hard, trying to sleep with a pillow but it hurts your neck when you bend it, and trying not to use a pillow makes your head dizzy. Confused myself😅

The kids loved the turtles the most, especially when they fed them kale. They'll definitely be back again.

I'm not staying there anymore.. My child ate a piece of bread and it fell on the bed sheet and then the fine was 250 thousand.. The mattress wasn't wet, but they said it was wet from pee, my child uses diapers.
