The room was dusty, the walls were dirty, the toilet was dirty, the sheets looked unwashed (there were ants), and the AC dripped water onto the floor. The wardrobe was torn and had cobwebs. I won't be returning to this hotel again.

The hotel staff is not friendly, I have moved rooms twice and the room conditions are still gloomy and dark.

Initially, I checked in by mistake because I just found out that there are 2 The Luxe... but in the information there is no The Luxe 1/2... the receptionist was not friendly at all, luckily the room was clean and nice.

I'd just moved in and checked out because I couldn't stand the situation. When I asked about maintenance, I was told "I don't know." I ended up moving because it was so damp and I was afraid of black mold.
