Friendly staff, comfortable place. Suitable for family

The hotel staff was still on standby when I checked in at 23:00,

Kamar sederhana, sempit, tv gak ada channel, tempat TV tingginya sejajar dengan kepala, kalau gak hati² kepala bisa kebentur. Gak ada air panas untuk mandi. Resepsionis masih abg, gak memahami booking online, saat booking online via platform pilih kamar untuk kapasitas 3 orang, 2 single bed + 1 kasur tambahan, tp saat masuk kamar cuma ada 1 double bed, 1 handuk, jadi saya harus menjelaskan lagi secara detail. Petugas hotel minta KTP saya untuk disimpan, tetapi saya tolak, akhirnya hanya minta no hp. Lagian saya sudah puluhan kali nginap di hotel, baik hotel mewah maupun murah, belum pernah di mintai KTP untuk disimpan. Poin plusnya: karyawan hotel ramah, sarapan di antar di meja depan kamar.

Pelayanan OK; Kamar OK cukup luas untuk stay ber3, meski pilih yang termurah pakai kipas sentral tapi sudah cukup dingin/tidak kegerahan, murmer dengan fasilitas memadai; Kamar mandi juga bersih, lengkap ada shower lancar, toilet duduk bersih&lancar, wastafel lancar, dapet 1 handuk-sabun-shampoo sachet; Dapet sarapan gratis ber3 bisa pilih menu, pelayanan pilih menu&antar sarapan langsung disamperin di depan kamar dengan ramah&sabar; Ambiance/suasana tenang&asri; Lokasi strategis dalam kota gampang ke mana-mana&di pinggir jln besar gampang diakses.

Excellent services in Lombok. The air conditioning wasn't too strong but it 's okay.

The accommodation matches the picture, spacious and clean. Breakfast was quite delicious, the hotel owner was also kind and friendly. Next time I go to Lombok, I will go back there again.

Best. Fasilitas kamar standar cukup lengkap, handuk, seprei, air melimpah, cermin model classic, parkiran luas depan kamar, dan asri tempatnya. Nginap 2 malam sangat puas.

According to the price. Rooms & bathrooms are clean & towels, soap are still provided.

A strategic and affordable hotel in the city of Mataram, Lombok. The receptionist is friendly. Breakfast delivered to the room, taste ok. Facilities according to price.

For a backpacker-style vacation staying here is highly recommended.

The hotel is comfortable, the waiters are also friendly but unfortunately the rooms are hot, the tv can't turn on, the water is jammed. Wort it for that price.

Facilities in accordance with the price offered, plus can get free breakfast, it is suitable for backpackers who want to find a place to rest comfortable, practical, with friendly prices. From the outside it looks like a shop, inside it turns out there is a fairly wide parking lot. Central location, clean and cheap. Great!

The room was given to me is dirty, dusty floor and furniture, smelly sheets, and ceilings are full of spiderwebs. Front room was very noisy with the noise of other guests. I only lasted 30 minutes in that room and chose checkout

The room turned out to not use air conditioning, but no problem, after entering the room, it turns out there was no soap in the bathroom and others (had to go to the mini market to buy toiletries) and towels had to pay again. The most unpleasant prices on the website turned out to be more expensive than their general prices. (This is not a promo price) Breakfast is quite understandable. Suggestions for hotels, yes TV needs to be improved because it's no longer using small tube TVs, it's better to be abolished. But towels and toiletries are held. Note: there are still many hotels in Lombok that use air conditioning and there are towels at a more affordable price.

That's enough for me, according to the price, I ordered a cheap room to get it according to the order, and thanks to all the employees, they are all kind and friendly. My message is to improve service again.

Nice staff, but there were no towls, blankets and no toilet paper at all.

The receptionist didn't understand after I showed the booking code, so the check-in time is quite long, the room for the price of 115 thousand is appropriate, just might have to be cleaner, coz the toilet smells of urine, the 2nd floor water shower is small.

The mattress is broken unevenly if you wake up sick all over your body.
