The AC was broken, it wasn't cold at all, just a breeze, the lights in the room were all dim, the toilet was dirty, we had asked for a room change but the room we checked was the same, the lights weren't on, and the AC wouldn't even turn on, it was truly a bad experience that I hope you don't experience.

It's a bit spooky place, you have to pay and only serve cash, the staff often goes missing and the receptionist is empty for so long, the clean water runs out, the room smells, the electric sockets are limited and help, pay more attention to comfort, huh….

Very standard hotel. pillow covers don't smell good. no breakfast. humid room. but the AC is cold.

2 days back here again good service can be a good room also the air conditioner is cold ... room 303 floor 3 rooms are also cleaned every day without being asked.

I stayed here many times but only this time was disappointed to be able to get the corner room a little big but the bathroom was small. The air conditioner was not very cold, my son cried all the time until morning could not sleep. Upon check-in also forgot to give a towel to the room sabum shampoo does not exist. I check in late at 18:00 I pay at check-in. Even when I paid, he didn't give me a quintion and change back to me. Only in the morning was I given a quintion.

The toilet didn't work properly, there were only 3 TV channels, it was a pity even though the room was pretty good and the location was strategic, unfortunately the facilities were lacking. Customer service also disappeared, wanted to check out CS but was still sleeping.

Strategic location, near the port, close to cafes and souvenir centers, friendly service, the hotel is rather old but okay to stay.

Water often dies, with prices that way there is no breakfast. Security is lacking because the lobby is often empty.
