The room door was extremely vulnerable to break-ins without a lock and deadbolt, providing double security. Furthermore, the toilet was extremely slippery. Although it looked clean, the shower water felt oily, making it extremely slippery and prone to slipping. The room's poor sanitation meant privacy was compromised. The toilet was uncomfortable for flushing after a bowel movement, and the shower was less spacious than in similarly rated hotels.

The room feels good, always clean, and smells fresh. I enjoy my dinners at the in-house restaurants too. I also appreciate that the staff share conversations with. It's located close to Sentono Market and Soto Tauto Bang Doel. In the afternoon, women sell gemblong cakes near the hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and the staff is varied.

The lights were out at night, and it was very hot. It was a bit dirty. It's usually comfortable, but this was the first time. But it made me want to go somewhere else.
