Unexpected, this villa wasn't this nice and comfortable. The location is very strategic for children's entertainment, close to the zoo, and for parents, this place is the right choice for a short getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. This will be a regular villa.

for the water heater it doesn't last long (maybe the capacity is small).. so before finishing bathing the water has returned to cold temperature.. for some toilet facilities requested first.. maybe forgot.. room okay.. kids like it.. staff is fast and friendly.. in the room or inside the room there are no ants even though there are many outside. equipment is quite complete.. for the location during the holiday season it is better to go there in the morning.. because the area is indeed congested (across from Lembang Zoo)

The villa staff are friendly and responsive, cleanliness is quite good, there are kitchen facilities and complete equipment, the pool view is good but unfortunately it is not a hot water pool.

Highly recommended for the Lembang area. Very close to Lembang Park Zoo & Dusun Bambu. The location is not on the side of the road so it is not noisy. Very satisfied & dare to recommend to other people about this villa.

I stayed in a family suite at a price of 5 million, in my opinion it was not worth it. Can't have breakfast, the front sliding door came off and some of the room door locks were broken, the sanitary facilities were minimal, only a toothbrush and smelly towels, probably not washed, just folded to dry and given to guests. The cooking utensils have damaged Teflon coating. Lots of flies entering all the rooms. The private pool was dirty, the children ended up swimming in the public pool in front of the room.

Feels like a holiday to Bali, suitable for family time. The only downside is that the pool doesn't have hot water, but they say it will be fixed, hopefully. But for the rest and the service is okay.
