Very strategic location, the hotel is quite comfortable

Not pleasant, the service was not friendly and there were cockroaches in the room.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The upgrade was also very quick. We were able to extend our stay easily when we were heading to the airport.

The room smelled of cigarettes, even though I'd requested a non-smoking room. The reason was that they were full.

I came here for a short stay during the Eid al-Fitr holiday. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious, but the comfort rooms don't have windows, so if you're hoping for one, this isn't the right choice. Cleanliness is a bit less than satisfactory, but still tolerable. The food is delicious and varied for a budget hotel.

The staff is very slow in their service... The room is dirty, smelly, unclean, and very dusty... Not recommended at all.

The toilet was not very clean because the hotel was quite old and the TV could not be seen at all.

What I experienced was a power outage in the middle of the night, due to voltage differences, but it happened very frequently overnight. Providing only one tube of shampoo and one small tube of soap was enough for toiletries. Bad experience.

The sahur food was varied, very tasty, and I was satisfied with the service.

I think when prices go up during major holidays, the quality of the rooms needs to be taken into consideration. They need to be cleaned, and there should be less dust near and under the bed. Hopefully, this will lead to positive corrections.

Requested a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room. They said the remaining rooms were only smoking rooms, and the cigarette smell was reportedly treated, but the smell was still there. The room was tidy, but there were many stains, the pillowcases were worn out, the pillows were unusable, and there were ants. The AC in the room was set to 18 degrees fan at its highest, but it wasn't cold, only air came out. I asked to move rooms, but was given a twin bed room instead. The receptionist was less than communicative. I finally asked for a room upgrade, and had to pay extra.
