Checked in at 4 p.m., but the receptionist said the room wasn't ready yet. I'd requested a non-smoking room on the app. I returned at 6 p.m. and was given room 617, but it smelled of cigarette smoke. And the bathroom smelled of urine. I woke up at 4 a.m. itching. Were the sheets and bed unsterilized? I called the receptionist, but there was no response.
