The price is expensive but the rooms are dirty and old.

The price of the unit has increased by around 1 million, now it has doubled but the facilities have not changed much like the interior of the room, bathroom, living room still using old material that has a lot of damage. 2. There is a dispute over the price of a roving horse ride, written on a board of Rp. 20,000 per tour, but officers with clothing bearing the logo of the hotel charge Rp. 60,000. 3. Wifi cannot be used 4. Many people smoke in warm water pools so that cigarette ash is mixed with water, pollution due to smoking is not convenient for other visitors because there are no restrictions.

Stay with a deluxe flat room, the room is nice, the access is easy, and the coolest view is the view is great. It seems that compared to the other rooms, here is the best spot view from a few feet I stayed at the Ciater Spa. The staff service is also fast and friendly, the breakfast menu has many choices and tastes good. The villa is very comfortable and our privacy is maintained. Nice wading pool.

The rooms are exactly rich in photos, beautiful views, spacious. Only minus the water soaked and salted in the eyes. Kasian children cannot play warm water.

The atmosphere is pleasant, my family stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite type room, the room was spacious with a bathroom and bathtub in each room. hot water pool also close to the room. the air is cool and the scenery is also good, the staff are friendly and responsive, when I ask for extra pillows and blankets, I don't have to wait long, unfortunately the building maintenance is not noticed, there are lots of worn ceilings, broken plaster, dirty windows and room corners. The breakfast menu is also very limited, there are only fried rice, vegetable rice cake, egg omelette, chicken porridge with green bean porridge, papaya fruit, pineapple, only bread with white bread. But overall, this hotel is worthed to price for a vacation with a big family

Pretty comfortable and beautiful, the breakfast is pretty good and please pay attention to the cleanliness of the sheets and blankets.

The walls of the bathroom are peeling off the plaster, the mattress and pillows are already limp, the TV channels are not clear enough even the telefpn channels are dead, there is no wifi access at all in the room, it's hard to get an outlet for cellphone chargers, many renters of wild horses and charge rates 4x is more expensive than hotel rates.

Good hotel, full kitchen equipment, hot water in the bathtub works well, breakfast is varied, the most pleasant is the hot water pool for the family and can bathe whenever.

The hotel in my bed is not good. The meal is also normal if for tourism it's okay, it can be soaked in the room and in the pool.

It is very fun suitable for family vacations and bring children because it is free to enter the firefly pond to soak. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Krei / lid of the window in the kitchen is broken, so my privacy and family are a bit disturbed because it is visible from the outside. Hopefully in the future we can do villa maintenance regularly.
