For the price, it's quite cheap, it's quite good because it's high season, but it's a bit dusty and the towels are a bit yellow, but it's okay.

Room 802 was flooded during the rain. The window leaked, and water pooled on the floor. I've informed the front desk, but there's been no response for almost an hour.

Sorry in advance... My previous experience staying here was fine... But yesterday, when I stayed again... I was really shocked. How could the hotel's water be blocked? I complained at 7 a.m., and the water started flowing around 10:30 a.m.... Every time I complained, they said to wait 20 minutes... And in the room I was staying in, when it rained, water seeped in from outside... Please improve the performance...

The atmosphere is good, comfortable, the room is clean, I like the bathroom, it is clean, and not noisy, quiet, in short it is the best, the hotel is great and the staff are friendly, good, the one is great hotel

Checked in during peak hours. The lobby was packed due to the extremely slow check-in process. It took an hour, for some unknown reason. Room 1002 didn't have the AC at all... Parking was a bit limited. Other than that, it was cheap... but it could have been better.
