The place is really nice to really get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The atmosphere is good, the breakfast is good, the view is good, there is a swimming pool, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Recommended, great👍

All the staff are very friendly. Even though the hotel is an old building, the rooms are clean and spacious with a balcony with a direct view of the Pangrango mountains. The breakfast is really delicious, the rooftop cafe is really nice to see the view. Fast WIFI, water heater works, TV channels are many. Road access is safe, the car runs smoothly. The gardens around the hotel are well maintained. And free 90-minute late check out. However, the playground and swimming pool are not well maintained. We really hope that when the resort is finished being renovated, we will come back again. Always success, sir!

Even though it was just me and my family staying in one room, the staff were friendly and helpful. The fried rice was delicious. The cleanliness of the swimming pool needs to be improved. There are lots of animals.

When I first arrived, I was a bit hesitant, but when I was greeted by the very friendly receptionist, the process was quick. Entering the room, the room was clean, the toilet was clean, although there was an incident where the room lock got stuck, we were advised to move rooms, and chose a room... On a foggy night, maybe if you're a coward, you'd say this resort is scary, because we were on vacation outside of the high season, where only 4 rooms were occupied... The next morning at breakfast, this was the CHAMPION... when we entered, the staff gave us information and choices of the main breakfast menu, we chose Nasi Goreng, then sat down immediately, served bread, semanka, chicken soto, and fried tempeh, while we made hot tea... AND, when the Nasi Goreng arrived, the taste was CHAMPION... Damn, no one was disappointed, well, the only problem was that we were on vacation outside of the high season, so it was quiet... hehhe It does seem like the exterior of the building is lacking maintenance, but the garden is clean, the swimming pool is clean. Wanted to swim but didn't bring shorts, so there was only one other person swimming... there were cloths. Basketball is just not active..

Staff, service, cleanliness, service is really the best. The breakfast is really the best, the chef is very friendly, that's why it's delicious. The resort is also very big, different prices for different buildings. As quiet as it is, the accommodation is really comfortable, it's just a shame there's no air conditioning, for me who gets hot, it feels like something is missing, but it's still okay with the strong afternoon breeze. Can repeat order for the next holiday 🫶🏼🫶🏼

This hotel is well-maintained and clean. All the facilities, although they appear older, are well-maintained. The hotel also has good access. Breakfast is shared with other guests, where you order your food and it's prepared for you. Your choice is fried rice or fried noodles.

For those looking for a place to unwind or for a business event, this resort is highly recommended. While it's a bit far from Cipanas Market, it offers a tranquil atmosphere with views of Mount Gede Pangrango. The service is very friendly, and the food is delicious, especially the soup.

It was amazing... I arrived in the afternoon and it looked normal because it looked like there was fog. When I woke up in the morning and opened the window... oh my... it was so beautiful! The mountains, the sunrise... a beautiful combination. The breakfast was also delicious. Maybe with regular maintenance, it would be a nice place to escape from the routine... but access is still a struggle through the Puncak traffic, hehe. Maybe they could promote their villa by having an Instagram account.

I checked in late, just arrived at 16.30 because of the traffic jam.. and checked out late because I overslept, should have checked out at 11, I just checked out at 13.30 but was not charged again. breakfast is buffet style and has quite a lot of variety.. stir-fry, omelet and noodles boiled Javanese are the best! but for the swimming pool, please improve the cleanliness. the pool is a bit murky so I'm a bit hesitant to swim. yesterday I was hoping to get a room on the top floor so I could get a good view, but it turned out I got a room on the 1st floor, below the restaurant. open the window, the view is the residents' farms planting spring onions. for those who bring vehicles, the track to the path is quite steep uphill. the road is paved but quite slippery when it rains.

cool staff and HK.. when we first arrived, we were immediately called by name so it was a plus point. then the view around, the breakfast was plentiful. It's really worth staying here. The only minus is the road to the location. overall awesome

When we arrived, we were quite confused because the reception was far from the parking lot. The room where we stayed was also far from the parking lot and the location was underground (we had to go down the stairs). The room was also not soundproof, so when a new guest arrived, we could hear it from the room. So we couldn't rest (at that time the guest arrived in the middle of the night. The restaurant room was not very attractive because it seemed poorly maintained. The food tasted good, even though the breakfast was a la carte, we still got snacks & side dishes (bakwan and toast). Hopefully the facilities can be improved next time.

The mineral water bottles are small so we have to go back and forth to get water from the dispenser outside the room. For 4 people, there are only 2 bottles of water available. There is no soap in the bathroom and no glass to put the toothbrush in after use.

Incidentally when staying here it was not a weekend just the two of us with my husband, but still served well, the food was delicious and the atmosphere of the place was cool and far from pollution, the access road here is also not too far from the main road, for those who want to find peace this is the place, can enjoy the scenery and coolness. The room is also clean. One of the hotels of choice when staying at Puncak Cipanas Bogor. This is recommended. ☺
