My favorite hotel is in Surabaya, especially since I went there yesterday after not being there for a long time, and was surprised how much better the service was, basically the place is worth staying there again.

The dust under the bed is thick. I have an active baby who plays under the bed when he wants to get his toys. The dust is really thick. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room.

The location is central, so it's easy to go west and east. For a 4-star hotel, it's like a 3-star hotel. The refrigerator doesn't work. You have to call the front desk first. Then for hot water, the first person to take a shower is still hot, then the second person can't get it hot anymore. The soap and shampoo toiletries are only enough for one person. The furniture looks old, and the bathroom has moss on the glass. The room isn't soundproof. The food is edible but not special for the price of 800 thousand rupiah per night. There's only one side dish at the buffet. There was a foreigner who was confused about what to eat.

We stayed for one night in two rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel staff was friendly, the pool was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. It was the best!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's comfortable and clean. Lots of food choices. Strategic location.

It's good, but the food for 6 year old children, in restaurants, is separate/you have to pay again even though you've already taken it and paid, it's quite expensive during the Christmas and New Year season, almost double the price (not the usual price), but otherwise it's okay.
