The hotel staff was friendly, but it was a bit strange, there was no shampoo in the room, instead they asked me to buy it somewhere, hotels definitely have shampoo, but this soap wasn't there... then the room leaked and dripped onto the mattress, luckily I was immediately asked to change rooms, then the room was a bit damp and there were lots of ants too

The hotel was quite good when I entered, I also came here because of the good reviews but what I got was a room that wasn't swept, I entered there was a lot of hair on the floor, then on the mattress there was a lot of dust, on the mattress there was also hair which I hadn't put up and on the floor I hadn't combed it but there was already a lot of hair in the end I borrowed a broom and swept it myself because the hotel didn't offer to sweep the room. My husband has allergies so he kept sneezing in the room. It's okay for me if the hotel is old but cleanliness is still number 1 so that customers come back. I have visited many old hotels but the cleanliness is still well maintained. Thank you
