Good place for good memories,

The hotel staff is friendly, the staff service is very good, the rooms are comfortable

Check-in was at 9 PM, and the reception staff was still on standby, so we were able to wait for our room key right away. The room amenities were quite good. As is common in the Kintamani area, there were some flies that did fly into the room, but they were few in number. For breakfast, you choose one of the menus and they'll be made to order, plus cut fruit, and coffee/tea. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd stay here again if I ever come back to Kintamani. 👍

The Kayuan Inn is located quite strategically, near aesthetic cafes and minimarkets. When traveling to the inn, the road is quite scary because it is winding and dark at night, but the staff is very friendly, if you need anything, the response is fast, as soon as you arrive, you are immediately greeted by the staff and can immediately check in even though it is only 12 noon, helped carry your suitcase to the room which is quite up and down the stairs, but when you arrive at the room, when you open the door, it feels very stuffy, damp, and smells musty, the floor is dirty as if the room has not been used and cleaned for several days, when you sit on the bed, it turns out the blanket is wet, smells musty, so I contacted the owner to ask for a new blanket and ask for a broom, the staff immediately responded but it seems the blanket was not replaced with a new one, only dried, and for the swimming pool there are many animals and dirt floating, the floor is mossy, the steps leading to the bed are full of lizard droppings and dust. The next day there was room service, the room was more fragrant, clean, and more comfortable. Perhaps the cleanliness of the room should be more carefully checked before checking in, so that it's more comfortable and relaxing to enjoy the view from the room. The owner is very kind and can move the breakfast schedule to 4 am for sahur, even during Nyepi, you can still order food, and laundry can also be done. The room is equipped with a Smart TV so the kids can watch. The swimming pool could be lowered a few degrees so that the kids can soak comfortably, because the water is too hot for them.

Access to the hotel is uphill, requiring a good car and driver. Parking is limited.

The cleanliness is not good, the location is a bit winding for vehicles and downhill, the food is basic, the lost and found is not good so be careful if you leave your things behind when checking out, they will be lost forever, I left my cellphone charger behind and 3 hours after checking out I asked the hotel staff to check the room and they said there was none...mmmmm okay

The view is great, the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, especially regarding the laundry which is quite a lot but is finished in the middle of the day... hehe

The room is beautiful and clean, but those who stay here might want to bring spare water for the night because the hotel staff is hard to contact.

Waited for almost 30 minutes, no one responded. I wanted a refund but it was incredibly difficult. As a result, I didn't stay overnight and still couldn't get a refund. The photo showed a nice one, but the service was really bad.

The owner was very friendly and very helpful when we had trouble finding transportation. The hotel was also comfortable, but yesterday the water heater wasn't working, so it was very cold when we wanted to shower in the morning. The view from the hotel is beautiful. Thank you 😊

This is a great hotel. Staff very friendly. Get the room with the jacuzzi, looking at the view from your own private jacuzzi is the best. It was hot 24 hours a day. The room is spacious. The bathroom is good with a decent shower. The breakfast is simple but tasty. Loved this place

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It's just a shame that when we checked in, the room was a bit lacking in cleanliness. The table was dusty and hadn't been wiped, and the corners of the bed weren't wiped, so they were covered in dust and had gecko droppings. There was a clogged toilet incident that thankfully got fixed, but it's a shame there's no drain near the toilet, only in the shower. The breakfast was pretty good. What I really appreciate here is the staff's excellent service. Hopefully, my review can help us improve, so far my stay has been a pleasant one 😊

Initially, I chose the Kayuan standard room because it was only for storing things and sleeping, not for actual staying. But when I was there, it was raining constantly. The service was good, but the room wasn't very clean, and the road to the destination was quite steep. I was riding a motorbike at the time. So, because I was "forced" to stay at the hotel, I ordered some food and dessert. For the delicious taste, I ordered mujaer which was really delicious, my husband ordered fried rice, which was actually delicious, but it wasn't salty enough, but in my mouth there was a slight smoky taste, but it was quite good. Please improve the cleanliness.

A truly addictive place to stay. You absolutely must stay here if you're in Kintamani🥰

The staff is nice. But the hotel needs a lot of repairs, the toilets and rooms are dirty, there are lots of ants and animals.
