Easy access as it's on the side of the road, the staff is friendly, the room is clean, and the AC and hot water work well. Unfortunately, the pool hasn't been cleaned yet, so I'm hesitant to swim. Everything else is fine. I'll be back with the kids.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, only the swimming pool area seems neglected, the water is dirty so it is uncomfortable for swimming, maybe it could be given more attention, overall it is comfortable for that price.

Lack of information to guests, poor service, breakfast was so late that we had to come over to get it delivered.

The hotel is on the roadside, so it's easy to access, and it's also located at a lower level, not quite at the top. Upon check-in, we weren't told whether Wi-Fi was available, and breakfast, delivered to our room, wasn't a buffet. Otherwise, it was comfortable, but the hotel staff didn't really tell us what amenities we could use, like where the swimming pool was located, etc.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. The rooms were also clean.

Friendly staff, close to tourist attractions and places to eat around the hotel and in front of the hotel there is an Indomaret and pharmacy.

Good service, friendly staff. Breakfast was delivered to the room. The room was very lacking. I booked a superior room, but when I arrived, it was like a standard room (very small) and had cigarette butts, even though I had chosen a non-smoking room. When I arrived, I turned on the AC and it didn't cool down for half an hour. I ended up complaining to the room service staff. The location is quite strategic, next to a cheap souvenir shop.

Nice hotel, swimming pool and playground facilities, close to Indomaret and no traffic jams

It was an amazing stay here, nothing was a failure, the swimming pool was clean, the playground was nice, the room was clean, the bathroom was nice, the water heater was working, the motorbike parking was safe, the staff was friendly, the wifi was working, it was great. The only downside is if you want to buy food outside the hotel, the distance is quite far, there is an Indomaret across from the hotel, but crossing the street is scary

Honestly, the room is very comfortable, the service is very friendly, the downside is that the water in the bathroom is constantly running, when I want to take a shower there is no water at all, and there are cockroaches in the bathroom, please fix it, it's a shame because it's already that comfortable, the only downside is the bathroom🥲🙏🏻🙏🏻
