The swimming pool is good for children

This is my second time staying here with my family. It's family-friendly, perfect for a family vacation. However, the towels could probably be replaced. Breakfast lacks variety and tastes mediocre.

However, perhaps because it's an older hotel, some of the furniture is starting to wear out. The towels are worn, although clean, but unsightly. The bathtub can't be used because it doesn't have a drain plug. s

Very good service at the reception and especially the restaurant staff.

The hotel needs a significant investment in carpets. The corridors are covered in carpets which are beyond mere cleaning. Staff were very helpful and polite. I needed an early check-out which went smoothly.

Highly recommended as a place to stay in Jakarta.

The swimming pool is perfect, if you are on holiday and staying in the middle of Ambon City, especially with children.

Strategic place, good service, unfortunately the room doesn't match the description, in the description you can get a coffee maker and refrigerator but there are no facilities in the room. Maybe the receptionist didn't pay attention.

The food is not good, the fried chicken on the fried rice menu is a bit stale, and there is no swimming pool, even though in Traveloka there is still a swimming pool listed, the night lights in the hotel lobby are dim, lack of light.

The blanket is not clean, when I wake up my hands and feet have itchy bumps. Breakfast, bathroom facilities and standard view.
