The check-in and check-out process was fast. I had complained because the AC was not cold and the technician immediately checked the AC promptly. Alhamdulillah, all the staff were friendly and patient in responding to complaints from customers. The breakfast was quite good although it lacked taste and variety. Overall, everything was okay. One more thing that made me want to stay here is the presence of a meatball stall in front of the hotel which is always crowded and turns out to be very tasty. A must try for meatball lovers.

The legendary hotel should be empowered by the Jepara government, because it is an icon to become a hotel trendsetter when tourists come to Jepara. This is a good hotel, hopefully it will receive special attention from the local government so that it can become a Heritage Hotel of Hotel Jepara.

Had a bad experience with Kalingga Star Hotel management, booked a room already paid for, but couldn't use it, very disappointed.

Pelayanan hotel sudah good, breakfast juga beragam, perawatan peralatan-peralatan di hotel mungkin perlu lebih ditingkatkan seperti AC, TV, kran air, shower.

Hotel di tengah kota, banyak pilihan kamar, staf ramah, proses check in cepat, dan untuk makan pagi menurut saya lumayan komplit.

We stayed for 1 night transit, going to Karimunjawa in the morning. The rooms are according to price, spacious. Old building, less cleanliness. Breakfast menu is ok.

Bathtub can not be used. The place is dirty. Old building. Was given a room in the back corner. Asking for the front one, it says it's full even though it's empty .

When c. I asked for a bathroom that was not a bathtub, the answer was that there was one. Then in the room the ac was broken and after 30 minutes complained. Moved to the next room which turned out to be cold ac and a suitable bathroom. Why does it have to be like this Kalinga? Kapok I stay there again.

Cleanliness 7/10 (check-in time still dirty floor) facilities 9/10 (air is not hot) if I go to Jepara I stay here again :).

location in the middle of Jepara city, close to various night foods so you don't get confused if you're hungry. close to the main square as well as a large supermarket. the staff is very friendly, the room facilities are quite good even though the bathroom needs to be repaired regarding the water. surpisely there was a refrigerator in the room which was functioning properly. there is also a balcony that can be used for smoking and relaxing. breakfast there is quite varied.

Plus: - downtown location - good service - can have breakfast. Minus: - a little dirty - noisy because the room is not soundproof.
