Friendly service, water dispenser and wifi provided

It's quite close to everything. Near Lempuyangan Station and Malioboro.

There were no issues with the service, just that the hotel facilities were lacking. The door handle was loose, the bathroom floor was slippery, the TV didn't work, the towels smelled of the sun (they smelled like they'd been drying for 3 days and 3 nights), the sink was a little clogged, and the description said I'd ordered a king bed and got a double bed, but it was okay.

I wouldn't recommend the room cleanliness. The upstairs rooms are really creepy. I don't know what to make of the downstairs rooms, they're like old hotels. Sorry, I didn't like it. At Rp300,000, it's quite expensive.

The bathroom was not very clean, the toiletries were incomplete, and there was only a little soap.

Power outage, no generator, smelly towels, bathroom lock loose, dirty sheets, itchy all over when sleeping, AC not cold.

The staff is friendly, but the only downside is that there's no elevator, so carrying your suitcase upstairs is a bit of an effort.

The sheets and blankets were dirty and smelled of urine. I complained but it was ignored even though I booked 2 suites for 2 nights. The bathroom floor was dirty and had never been cleaned. The AC and hot water were okay, but the rest was very lacking.

This was my first time staying here. The service was good, the hotel facilities were good, neat, and clean. The location is close to the station. The bed made me sleep soundly, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the AC was cold. I'd love to stay here again. Thank you for the service ☺

The bathroom was dirty and smelly, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, the room was damp, dim, and scary. The room on the third floor without an elevator was very tiring.

There was some trouble in the room, but the staff was responsive and friendly, so we were quickly moved to another room. Overall, the staff did a great job, and the service was good. The room was worth the price.

Sorry, the towels smell bad, so I didn't bring them. The room is spacious, but there are mosquitoes. I thought it was close to Malioboro, but it's actually far, huhu, so I still have to use Grab. It's a bit less worth it. Sorry
