My favorite hotel, because I've been comfortable staying here, the staff is friendly, check-in is easy and hassle-free, the food is delicious, and the price is affordable. The only thing is that the cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved, including the bathroom. The floor, toilet, bathroom floor, and walls need to be cleaned again. Otherwise, everything else is fine.

Thank God, in room 40 - the room is clean, unfortunately there are small flying insects in the toilet - it needs an exhaust fan - and clothes hangers. Overall, good job.

first time staying for 2 days and overall it was good, the staff were friendly and responsive when called..the food menu was all quite delicious, no regrets, the room was clean and tidy, the wifi was a bit slow, please fix it again...and I'm really sorry the room was a bit noisy when there were a lot of people huhu but I liked the place, it was beautiful, there was a garden in front of my room at that time, next time I'll stay there again

only stayed for one day for a concert so far so good after checking out we were allowed to leave our big bags at the reception so we could go around Jakarta before going home without having to carry heavy bags, someday if we have another concert in Jakarta we will stay here again 😉
