Honestly, during my staycations here and there, this hotel was the most comfortable and cleanest. I came here to celebrate my anniversary, and I'll bring the kids next time 😍

In my opinion, a 4-star hotel feels lacking and overrated. The TV is smart, not Android, so bringing kids won't let them watch YouTube, which can be boring. There's also no crib, even though it claims to be a 4-star hotel, and there are plenty of these hotels throughout Indonesia. So, for me, just one stay is enough. But all the staff are very friendly! Especially the staff who helped lift and park the car. Thank you.

The hotel was very comfortable and very impressive. It was also clean and close to PVJ Mall. However, there's no laundry service. Otherwise, it's very good.

The rooms and surroundings were clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The only downside was the room wasn't soundproof, as music from the 7th floor could be heard in the room and outside onto the street. It was like having an outdoor wedding.

I found the food selection a bit lacking, especially if staying more than one night. The swimming pool is quite comfortable for relaxing, although the playground area feels a bit stuffy. Overall, for a short staycation or family vacation on a budget, this hotel is still worth considering.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. It's clean, smells great, and every corner is aesthetically pleasing for taking photos.
