The bathroom has not been used for a long time, it is crusty, there is no hot water kettle, the cup for rinsing is crusty, the sheets and pillow cases are no longer white.

If you care about a clean room, reconsider staying here. The price is more expensive than the quality provided. It's a shame, considering the strategic location near Malioboro.

The location is quite close to Malioboro, there are many places to eat outside the hotel, unfortunately when we stayed yesterday there was no breakfast at the hotel, the bathroom was a bit smelly, no tissue provided in the room

Sorry to have to leave a less than flattering comment, because this is what my family and I experienced during our stay at this hotel. - The hotel room was stuffy, the pillows and sheets smelled bad (like the previous guest's sweat), as if the pillowcases and sheets hadn't been washed. - There was hair on the chair (clearly not my wife's hair, she saw it as soon as she arrived). - There was a cockroach running around in the bathroom (luckily I was the one who saw it, otherwise my wife would have screamed). The location is strategically located near Malioboro, but I hope you'll pay more attention to room cleanliness in the future, as it's key to a comfortable stay for guests. Thank you.
