The hotel staff was very friendly, and the snacks at the seaside cafe were delicious and reasonably priced. However, the breakfast selection wasn't very varied.

This hotel is highly recommended. There's a pool and a beach, too. I'm really enjoying my stay here.

Friendly staff, fast check-in, excellent room cleanliness, clean bathroom, all facilities functioning, hot and strong water. The slightly cloudy water issue is still tolerable. There is no odor or itching. What I like is that there is Indovision cable TV, the hotel atmosphere is very pleasant. Access to the beach is very easy, and the beach is very beautiful. Alfamart is right across the street. Close to our recommended seafood restaurant, Hj Khodijah. In conclusion, this hotel is almost perfect, it has become our regular hotel.

The hotel location is near Karang Bolong Beach ± 15 meters (side by side), in front of the hotel there is a minimarket, recommended hotels and cottages with affordable prices, direct access to the beach (Private Beach) which is sloping and not rocky so it is child-friendly (still under parental supervision), the restaurant has live music and is directly on the beach. I always choose Pesona Krakatau when I visit Anyer. The beach is gently sloping and coral-free, making it a great place to play in the waves. Choose an ocean view room for the best view. The hotel is quite nice, with complete amenities, including a smart TV and refrigerator. However, the hot water in the bathroom wasn't working properly yesterday. The staff is friendly, communicative, and helpful. Facilities include a swimming pool and shower room. In front of the hotel, there's an Alfamart, a food stall, and a fried rice stall, martabak, and other snacks. It's very convenient if you suddenly get hungry at night. Overall, it's always a pleasant experience, as I stay here almost every year.

Everything is good except the restaurant service is BAD

We rented three rooms, all with ocean views. The air conditioning in two of the rooms was problematic. The AC was hot and the bathroom drain wasn't working properly. We reported it to the complaint center and it was quickly addressed. The hotel looks dated. There's a foam pool in the afternoon. Breakfast is limited. Children are charged.

My suggestion if you stay at this hotel, choose one facing the sea, the sea view & the sound of the waves makes your heart comfortable, in room 103 the shower faucet head keeps coming off, replace it with a new one, because every time you take a shower the faucet handle falls down, it makes it complicated, the breakfast has little variety, the taste is also ordinary, but the restaurant has a nice view of the beach

I had a very good impression at this hotel. The place is cool, the atmosphere is also great. I won't get bored if I come here again.

It's nice to have a sea view, but it's not suitable for those with toddlers because at night the waves are really strong so the little ones can't sleep soundly.
